The location was perfect, placed in the heart of Viejo San Juan, with friendly staff and a rooftop pool that offered a serene atmosphere. The nearby nightlife and restaurants added to the experience.

I stayed in the Chancelor King Room. The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. It had some charming vintage decor that added a nice touch. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after a full day. There were also great views from the window. Bathrooms were nicely maintained too. Just wish there had been a bit more shade by the pool for when I wanted to take a break. But really, it was a great stay overall!

Laundry service fell flat, as I had to persistently inquire about my laundry, which was never finished due to holiday scheduling. Hangers were lacking in the wardrobe, which made it a hassle to keep clothes organized. Plus, the restaurant was closed during my stay, and while the complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture, it was quite standard and not memorable.
